Counseling is a core activity of the Liaison Office (LO) of the Agricultural University of Athens, providing essential support and valid information to students and graduates in the planning and development of their professional career.
In this context, the Career Counseling supports the transition to the next stage of studies and smooth integration into the labor market, enhancing informed decision-making and the development of professional skills. It is provided by specialized career counselors, both on an individual and group level, through personalized sessions and workshops.
At the same time, the Entrepreneurship Consulting offers support in the development of business ideas, encouraging initiative and guiding the first steps of entrepreneurial activity.
At the same time, they are organized seminars with the aim of enhancing the knowledge and skills of students and graduates, as well as supporting their professional development.
Furthermore, support is enhanced by the contribution of mentors, who voluntarily guide seniors and graduates, as well as from academic advisors who provide direction on matters of study and professional choices.
Equal access to services is ensured through tele-counseling for students and graduates who reside in remote areas or are persons with disabilities (PWDs), as well as through specialized actions for individuals belonging to vulnerable social groups, with the aim of strengthening their professional integration.
